These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of lasermestl.com and the aesthetic and wellness services provided by Laser Me Aesthetics & Wellness (“Laser Me,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) at our location in St. Louis County, Missouri. 1. What We Do

Laser Me provides in-person, non-surgical aesthetic and wellness services, including laser hair removal, IPL photofacial, laser skin resurfacing, microneedling, body contouring and sculpting, compression therapy, permanent cosmetics, and related skin care treatments. All services are performed at our physical location by trained providers under medical direction.

2. How Services Are Provided

All Laser Me services are provided in person at our St. Louis County location and are non-surgical and device-based. We do not provide remote or virtual care, and we do not supply or ship products of any kind.

3. Not Medical Advice

Information on this website is provided for general educational purposes only. It is not medical advice, and it does not create a provider-patient relationship. 4. Consultations and Candidacy

Complimentary consultations are offered to assess whether a treatment is appropriate for you. A consultation does not obligate you to purchase, and it does not guarantee that you are a candidate for any given service. We reserve the right to decline to provide a treatment where, in our professional judgment, it would not be safe or appropriate.

5. Results Are Not Guaranteed

Individual results vary. Factors including skin type, hair type and color, hormonal influences, medical history, current health, adherence to pre- and post-treatment instructions, and the number of sessions completed all affect outcomes. Any before-and-after images or testimonials reflect the experience of specific individuals and are not a promise of the results you will achieve. Laser hair removal produces permanent hair reduction; it does not guarantee permanent removal of every hair.

6. Informed Consent, Risks and Aftercare

Before treatment you will be asked to complete a health history and sign an informed consent form describing the specific risks of the service you are receiving. You agree to provide complete and accurate information about your health history, recent sun exposure, and prior treatments. Withholding this information may make treatment unsafe.

You agree to follow all pre-treatment and post-treatment instructions provided to you. Failure to follow aftercare instructions may affect your results and increase the risk of adverse effects.

7. Appointments, Cancellations and No-Shows

We ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late cancellations and missed appointments may forfeit the scheduled session or incur a fee, as disclosed at the time of booking. Please arrive on time; late arrivals may need to be rescheduled.

8. Pricing, Packages and Payment

Pricing is provided at consultation and is subject to change. Treatment packages are purchased for a specified number of sessions and, unless stated otherwise in writing, are non-refundable and non-transferable. Packages may carry an expiration period disclosed at the time of purchase. Promotional offers are subject to their own stated terms, cannot be combined unless stated, and may be withdrawn at any time.

Third-party financing and payment plans may be available through independent providers. Those arrangements are contracts between you and the financing company. Laser Me is not the lender, does not set those terms, and is not responsible for them.

9. Gift Cards and Promotional Credits

Gift cards and promotional credits are redeemable for services at Laser Me, are not redeemable for cash except where required by law, and are subject to the terms disclosed at issuance.

10. Privacy

Your use of this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Health information you provide in the course of receiving services is handled in accordance with applicable law.

11. Communications

By providing your phone number or email address, you consent to receive appointment-related communications from us. If you opt in to marketing messages, you may withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP to a text, using the unsubscribe link in an email, or contacting us directly. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in St. Louis County, Missouri.
